Counterbalance and rolling on zoom starts December 16
Take a deep dive into advanced rolling lessons. There is no prerequisite, you just need to feel comfortable on the floor.
These lessons are the best things going for back pain. They will save you from throwing your back out as well as help you walk, sit, run, and enjoy life. Intelligent use of the back and belly muscles is crucial to everything we do.
Videos will be available for two weeks if you can’t make the time. You will also receive audio files to keep.

Date: Saturday, December 16 & 30, January 13 & 27
Each class will explore different lessons. These are not repeat workshops. We will do one lesson and take a short break, then another lesson. There will be time for Q&A and to learn a little background on these lessons.
