My back and leg pain could only be relieved by my sessions with Zoe. When a necessary surgery left me partially paralyzed, Zoe helped me walk again. She explains things very clearly and she has an amazing ability to sense what’s going on in the body. She has changed my life for the better.

I have only taken five classes with Zoe and already I am better functioning than before my car accident. She has helped me build a solid foundation for anything that involved balance, focus, and lengthening of the body.
